I found this small web hiding in the rosemary. I probably wouldn’t have noticed it at all, except the threads were coated with pollen. The web is about two inches across (5 cm).

It’s curious that the outer frame threads and the spiral threads seem to be more sticky, while the radial threads are mostly pollen free. Is there an arachnologist out there who can offer an explanation?
